Hi all,
today i'm offering you all what i consider to be one of the happiest nights in my operatic life: The first time i ever saw live "Die Frau Ohne Schatten". One of the greatest productions i ve ever seen live (directed by Michael Hampe) and with a tremendous orchestra, conducting and cast. This recording is from the premiere, it's a personal in-house recording, and one of the best i ve ever done. It's almost flawless, just like a broadcast! (People seem to watch Strauss's operas in silence....huh?)
