Tenor Jerry Hadley Seriously Injured Following Apparent Suicide Attempt

Jerry Hadley, an acclaimed American tenor who gained notice in the nineties for his performances in major American and international houses in lyric-tenor repertoire, apparently shot himself in the head yesterday morning at his home in upstate New York, the
New York Times has reported. The police are reportedly investigating the incident as an attempted suicide.
Hadley, 55, is reportedly on life support after sustaining severe brain damage. Doctors do not expect him to recover.
