21.35: just got off bed, drinking coffee, listening to Cecilia Bartoli who is singing a wild Cenerentola on dvd!
21.42: More coffee, Agnes Baltsa is singing what i consider to be the best rendition out there of La Favorita's aria "Fia dunque vero...O mio Fernando" from her 1981 Orfeo Recital
21.50: First glass of red wine. Agnes Baltsa now singing the finale from La Cenerentola (it seems it's gonna be my 2008 mega-hit!). I'm trying to find out what to wear tonight, i think i just did.
21.56: "Si per ciel", the Otello-Iago duet will remain in my cd-player with the REPEAT button ON, with Placido Domingo and Kostas Paskalis as Iago from the 1978 Paris performance, while i take a shower and shave
22.07: Fed up. While shaving i change the music. In the meantime a friend of this blog and of Parsifal texts Parsi and lets him know that she's at the Hospital where she gave birth to a beautiful baby.... Parsi gets very emotional and the music changes: O mio babbino caro, even if what i hear is "O mio baMbino caro".

Por cierto, no, el día 21 no estábamos en Londres ya, nosotros fuimos el día 19 a ver su concierto, pero quizás en Cenerentola sí coincidimos!
