La Scala is touring in Japan!
The 2006 Zeffirelli Aida is opening on September the 4th under the direction of El Dani, while Braunschweig's Don Carlo will follow on September the 8th under maestro Gatti, bringing to Japan stars such as René Pape, Ramón Vargas, Barbara Frittoli, Micaela Carosi, Samuel Ramey (!), Dolora Zajick, Violeta Urmana, Luciana D'Intino etc etc.
All performances will take place at the famous Tokyo Bunka Kaikan.
