La Diva Renée will get us all fat(ter)

Just one week to go for the Renée Fleming Gala at the Odeon of Herodes Atticus
(July the 3rd, 2008)
and i daily enjoy a "La diva Renée" dessert
(yeah right).

"La Diva Renée" is a dessert named after her and created by Daniel Boulud, master chef of the 65th Street restaurant "Daniel".

Here's a short video of Daniel Boulud and Renaaaaay tasting the wafer-thin crust filled with champagne cream, layered, in a sauce of bitter chocolate, with fruit (that's enough! my mouth is watering).
